# Refund Policy

> Technical-failure credit release and manual review of unused purchases.

## One-time purchases

Single costs $6.99 for 3 credits; the 3 Pack costs $14.99 for 9 credits. Purchases are in USD through PayPal, with no subscription. Purchased credits never expire. The cost is shown before generation: 3 credits for HD or 1 for Fast draft.

## Reservation is not a duplicate charge

Credits are reserved at submission. If generation fails or safety review blocks it, the reservation is automatically released. Failed or blocked renders are never charged; you can try again using the released credits.

## Successful but unsatisfactory results

A successful result you dislike does not include a free re-roll or automatic refund. If the result clearly changes your car model or colour, or is visibly broken, contact support for a manual credit review. Deleting a completed video does not reverse its charge.

## Unused purchase: contact within 14 days

Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days. Email [support@flycarai.com](mailto:support@flycarai.com) with your account email and order reference. Do not send passwords or full card details. Spent purchases are not covered by this unused-purchase policy. Refund review is manual; applicable legal rights take priority.

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or applicable refund requirements.
