AI Acceptable Use Policy

Adults and permission

You must be 18 or older. Use your own vehicle photo and have rights to the image. Do not upload other people without permission. This service does not support inserting people or pets into the driver seat or making two-person videos.

Prohibited uses

No nudity or sexual content, minors, violence or gore, nonconsensual depictions of real people, impersonation, famous film/franchise vehicles or characters, hateful symbols or images without a clear vehicle. Do not evade safety review or use the service for fraud, infringement or deceptive real-brand advertising.

Badges and plates are removed by the AI where possible. Do not upload logos, artwork or characters you do not have rights to. A branded car you own is acceptable; removal of its badges is not guaranteed.

Label synthetic media

Label your creations as AI-generated. For advertising or commercial use, own the vehicle photo and do not imply carmaker endorsement. Follow the destination platform’s disclosure rules. Do not present a fictional stunt as a real event or attempt it for real.

Results and enforcement

Photos and outputs pass automated safety review, which does not establish your ownership rights. AI can change details or create broken motion. Failed or blocked renders automatically release reserved credits. Successful-result complaints are handled under the refund policy. We may restrict abusive activity.
