Privacy Policy

What we process and why

FlyCar AI processes account details to sign you in, one vehicle photo and generation choices to make a video, and video history and credit records to provide your account. A free account (Google or email) is required to generate and buy so your private videos and balance are tied to you. Technical logs help operate and protect the service.

Service providers and access

Your photo is processed by the video-generation and automated safety-review services to fulfill your request. PayPal handles checkout; do not send payment credentials through support. Uploads and finished videos are private. Uploaded photos are used only to make your video; we do not use them to train AI models.

Storage, expiry, and deletion

Unused uploads expire after 24 hours. Input photos are deleted after the job finishes. Finished videos stay private in My Videos until you delete them. Account and purchase records may be retained where needed for service administration or legal obligations; deleting a video does not erase a payment record.

Cookies and optional analytics

Authentication cookies keep you signed in; preference storage supports display settings. If enabled, analytics help us understand service use. Do not include private photos or payment information in analytics or support messages. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

A first-party signup-source cookie can retain campaign parameters, the landing path and referring domain for up to 30 days. On signup, these are saved with the account to understand acquisition. Collection is skipped for Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Clearing this cookie does not prevent signup.

Your choices and requests

Delete finished videos from My Videos. For account access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@flycarai.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not upload other people without permission.
