The service and your account

FlyCar AI offers a one-photo AI vehicle stunt generator. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. An account is required to buy and generate. Do not bypass access controls or use another person’s credits.

Permission to use your photo

Use a photo of your own vehicle and hold the necessary rights to the image. Do not upload people without permission or logos, artwork or characters you do not have rights to. You retain your input rights and authorize processing needed to generate, store, deliver and delete the result. Follow the acceptable use policy.

AI output and commercial use

Output is fictional and may contain visual errors; exact vehicle identity is not guaranteed. You may post your video on social media. For commercial use, including dealer ads, you must own the vehicle photo, label the video as AI-generated and avoid implying carmaker endorsement. Deceptive ads are prohibited. Badges and plates may remain despite AI removal instructions; review before publishing. Do not attempt these stunts for real.

Credits, payment, and refunds

Single costs $6.99 for 3 credits and the 3 Pack costs $14.99 for 9. HD costs 3 credits and Fast draft costs 1. Purchased credits never expire; there is no subscription. Checkout is PayPal only at launch. Failed or blocked renders release reserved credits automatically. Successful results do not include a free re-roll. Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days under the refund policy.

Private media and deletion

Uploads are private. Unused uploads expire after 24 hours; input photos are deleted after the job finishes. Finished videos remain private in My Videos until you delete them. See privacy.

Independent service and third-party rights

We are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or any carmaker. We do not use official footage or carmaker logos as product assets. Descriptive references do not imply endorsement. Read third-party notices.

Availability, changes, and mandatory rights

Maintenance, provider outages or safety review may limit availability. We may restrict misuse and update these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
