Email support@flycarai.com for account, generation or billing questions. Include your account email, video reference or purchase reference and describe the problem. Never send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary private photos.

Purchases and privacy

For unused purchases, contact us within 14 days under the refund policy. For a result that changes your car model or colour or is visibly broken, ask for a credit review. Privacy requests are covered by the privacy policy; we may verify account ownership.

Content and rights reports

Use the subject “Content report” for unsafe content, impersonation or rights concerns. Include the content location, a description and a reply address. See Report content.
