Descriptive references

References to third-party products or events identify the subject being discussed, not a commercial relationship. Descriptive references do not grant permission to use any trademark, image or protected work. No manufacturer name is part of our product branding.

Photo generation and footage

We use original template instructions with your authorized vehicle photo. We do not use carmaker logos, trademarks or official footage as product assets or generation references. Uploading a branded car you own is permitted. The AI is asked to remove badges and blank plates, but a logo can occasionally remain; review the output before publishing.

Commercial use requires ownership of the vehicle photo, AI disclosure and no implication of carmaker endorsement. AI access does not grant third-party rights.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@flycarai.com. Include the content location, the work or mark involved, the basis for your claim and a reply address. See Report content.
